About Me

Hey there, thanks for stopping by! I’m Clarissa Charles, a digital content creator based in Waterloo, Ontario. I have marketing experience in the higher education, not-for-profit, and real estate industries. I believe digital solutions should look the best they possibly can and should fully engage viewers and users. I'm always 110% down to learn something new and willing to take on new challenges! I'm a strong believer that  you can't get better at your craft if you don't continuously learn and challenge yourself.

The broad set of skills I've been taught in my university career and in various employer and volunteer positions I've held has given me the great opportunity to learn and wear many hats but specifically, I'm into photography, digital marketing, and video editing. I enjoy them so much that those disciplines truly don't feel like work! I am also experienced in user experience research and design, product design and a bit of graphic design.

Not related to work, but you should know:

- I play a few instruments such as guitar, ukulele and occasionally you'll find me slappin' the bass

- Although I don't do it often enough, I love everything about travelling and in the future, I would like to make it a point to travel more, whether it's near or far

- I love iced coffee... even in cold Canadian winters

- I've never met a taco I didn't like
